Your Role and Responsibilities

To succeed in this role you have to be self-motivated and able to support the Kyndryl business, focusing on the UK and Ireland region and with the capability too to work across borders. You will be qualified in, advise on and lead employment advice across the UK and Ireland across a broad range of matters, including oversight of matters referred to employment tribunals. You will also act as the single point of contact in the legal department for pension matters, which you will refer to Outside Counsel as relevant and oversee thereafter.


Joining us you will have a range of responsibilities other than employment and pension matters, including being a trusted advisor to the company's business leaders in the region, which will include negotiating, drafting and advising upon a variety of commercial arrangements, to include, in particular, outsourcing and infrastructure services and management contracts and other services contracts, distribution arrangements, intellectual property, data protection, security (including cybersecurity), as well as supporting other company projects as required as well as dispute resolution. Experience in negotiating complex GDPR matters within a transferable contest is highly desirable. If you have experience in 1 or more of the following would be an asset:

Regulatory experience, including competition compliance, FCPA, import & export regulations;
Corporate experience.

If you are extremely bright and engaging, with demonstrable strong focus in commercial and technology related agreements you belong to us. Also if your experience and training have been gained from working in a prestigious law firm or in a blue chip technology organisation. Having relevant in-house experience in a multi-national organisation is very desirable, but not excluding. Moreover, your intellect, we will value a collaborative, positive and enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for being part of the technology driven revolution will stand you in excellent stead.
